Understanding Our Behavioral Assessments
We offer specialized behavioral assessments ABA tailored for deaf and hard-of-hearing children with disabilities. Through a bilingual and culturally affirming approach, we help families understand their child's unique needs and strengths. Our aim is to empower parents with the knowledge they need to support their child's development effectively.
What We Assess
During an initial assessment, our team uses gold‑standard behavioral assessments ABA assessment tools to understand your child’s current skills and areas of need across the following domains
Developmental Screenings
We use screenings and assessments that help us recognize your child’s developmental level so we can teach them accordingly.
Social Communication Evaluations
We use norm referenced and descriptive social communication assessments to discover your child’s skills and skill deficits. The assessments assist us to develop a strong social communication plan.
Behavioral Assessments ABA (Including FBAs)
We use descriptive assessments and observations to determine the function of challenging behavior. Interventions will be chosen based on the determined function.
